Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or engaging Venture Pool Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Venture Pool Company provides residential and commercial pool-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Pool and spa construction, renovation, and repair
  • Equipment installation and replacement
  • Leak detection and repair
  • General pool maintenance and related services

All services are performed in accordance with applicable Texas laws. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

2. Estimates & Service Agreements

All estimates are non-binding unless confirmed in writing through a signed agreement or work order.

  • Estimates are based on initial observations and may change upon further inspection.
  • Any additional work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
  • Immediate work necessary to prevent damage or safety risks may proceed without prior approval.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project and property
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to work areas
  • Disclose underground utilities, hazards, or special conditions
  • Be present (or provide a representative) unless otherwise arranged
  • Secure pets and clear the work area before arrival

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Accepted forms: cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Returned checks may incur fees per Texas law

Past due balances (over 30 days) may:

  • Accrue interest at the maximum legal rate
  • Be subject to collection costs, including attorney’s fees

5. Warranties & Limitations

We guarantee services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

  • Specific warranties (if any) will be stated in writing
  • We do not guarantee detection of all defects or issues
  • Results may be affected by site conditions beyond our control

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Pool Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Property Impact

Some services may require:

  • Excavation
  • Demolition
  • Drilling or other intrusive methods

We will notify you and obtain approval beforehand.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage
  • Conditions uncovered during work

Any damage caused by our negligence will be handled per applicable law and insurance coverage.

7. Cancellations & Scheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Missed appointments may incur a service fee

We may reschedule due to:

  • Weather
  • Equipment issues
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

8. Privacy

We collect personal information only for:

  • Service delivery
  • Communication
  • Payment processing

We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.

You consent to service-related communications but may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of the county where services are performed, unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication before legal action.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
